9 Days to Living Gracefully

27 July 2009 Comments

I’m excited to launch my first email series: “9 Days to Living Gracefully”. This series is aimed to help you in your journey towards heaven. In the next nine days I will lay out for you a vision of what “living gracefully” looks like as well as offer you some practical ways to go deeper spiritually.

Each day you will receive an email with a reflection, some questions to journal and reflect on yourself as well as some simple prayers you can use to go deeper in your prayer life.

I’m challenging you to join me on this journey to grow deeper in understanding of God’s design and our call to Holiness.

Just think of how our lives could look if we learned to live filled with God’s grace. Just think of your daily struggles - what difference would more of God’s grace make?

Join us for this nine day journey as we learn together to “live gracefully.”

What’s Required?

1. Sign-Up for the email series below. The series will only be available by email. Emails are managed through Constant Contact and Feedburner and your email address is never shared and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

2. Pray. Pray. Pray. Asking God to impart his grace on you and allow you the opportunity to really enter into this incredible message.

3. Receive the Sacraments. As we take this journey I will talk about how the Sacramental Graces poured out by the Church are utilized in our daily walk. I encourage you to attend Mass at least one or two more times than usual during the nine days. I also encourage you to go to Reconciliation during that time.

4. Pray the Sacred Heart Novena. This series will begin on Wednesday July 29th. On that same day I ask that all participants in the series pray the Novena to the Sacred Heart. You can find that Novena Here.

5. Join the Discussion. Though the series will only be available through email I will also post a discussion question on this site daily and hope you will help enliven the discussion with your own thoughts and prayers.

I am excited to see the love that God has in store for us. Through the graces poured out during this nine days I am certain that each of us will find ourselves walking more closely with Christ and find a bit of peace amid the trials and storms of life.

In Christ,

Chris Faddis

I've updated the sign-up form - you can now sign up right from this post. Sorry for any confusion. Those of you who signed up in the previous form do not need to do anything as I will transfew your subscription to this new service.
  • God is so good. This is exactly what I needed right now. Looking forward to getting started. Thanks for doing this Chris!

    Chris,

The box under the entry doesn't work, only the box on the right.

    I'm pretty pumped!

Thanks for the heads-up Todd. I am switching to a different mail server in the morning w/new sign up form. In the meantime those of you who want to register please do so in the box on the right side that says "9 Days to Living Gracefully" - not the subscribe in a reader box.

    I'm pumped too!

I am not sure how to sign up for the 9-day living gracefully email series - not sure what to enter in the small box marked 'Go'. So I am trying here.

Please send me emails for the nine days, with thanks.
